Park Haven Garden Village is just a 5-minute drive to Mackay CBD or the airport, with a bus stop at our doorstep and a short stroll to a large convenience store. Park Haven is also the closest retirement village to the CBD on the southern side of the Pioneer River.

"I moved to Park Haven in 2012 with my late wife. The gardens create a welcoming entrance, and we have a communal vegetable garden. Lawns are maintained by a contractor, and bocce is played on the back lawn. The Hibiscus Room offers activities, a library, puzzles, and a pool. Monthly sausage sizzles are held for a small fee. The brick veneer units include a carport. My one-bedroom unit has a built-in wardrobe, a small kitchen with an electric stove, and a bathroom with a shower. I also have a front garden for my pot plants. The village is fenced and pet-friendly for small dogs."
