Our village is a small (only 36 units), friendly and very affordable over 60s independent living complex. We have both 1 and 2 bedroom ground floor units.
We have a sheltered Bus stop right at our front gate which will take you into the CBD or Canelands shopping centre. We are also walking distance to Harrup Park Country Club and close to other social clubs (most offering a courtesy bus). Farr Beach (dog friendly) is only a short distance away.
There are many facilities available including on-site Managers with 24 hour medical alert, resident’s community room, mail delivery, privacy with own courtyards, swimming pool with BBQ area and a resident’s committee.
Feel safe and secure at all times. Comfortable year round weather means fishing, swimming or just enjoy relaxing in the warm tropics is a pleasurable option.
