Park Haven Garden Village is proudly owned by Dan and Nikkita, who are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive community.
Our village is a small, friendly, and very affordable over 60s independent living complex with only 36 units. We offer both one and two bedroom ground floor units designed for comfort and convenience.

Onsite Managers
Our on-site managers, Charlotte and Ethan, also bring their family values to the village, ensuring a warm and caring environment for all residents.
They are dedicated to maintaining the high standards of our community and are always available to assist with any concerns or needs.
Their hands-on approach and genuine care for the residents contribute significantly to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of Park Haven Garden Village.

Located in South Mackay, our village boasts a range of excellent facilities. Enjoy the swimming pool and BBQ area, and take advantage of the sheltered bus stop at our front gate for easy access to the Mackay CBD and Canelands Shopping Centre.
We are within walking distance to Harrup Park Country Club and other social clubs, most of which offer a courtesy bus.
Far Beach, a dog-friendly spot, is only a short distance away.
